Installation:
These are replacement parts; the original ducts must be removed for installation. The DMC tool kit greatly eases the operation if you have one, but it is not essential for this installation. Although fitting is fairly straightforward, we always recommend using a skilled professional. We estimate the installation time to be about 120 minutes.
Gel Coat:
DMC products come with a free glossy or matte finish on all carbon fibre items. Please specify your choice when ordering. Otherwise, we will apply a glossy base coat. However, we recommend adding an extra layer to suit the UV resistance and weather conditions of your country, as these vary across the world. We also advise applying additional wax and sealant, even though we already include a base layer of high-quality carnauba wax. This can provide extra protection in areas with high humidity or heavy rainfall.
