General Terms of Sale

The customer acknowledges having read the specific terms of sale stated on this page at the time of placing the order and expressly declares acceptance without reservation. These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between THE SELLER and the customer, both parties accepting them without reservation. These general terms and conditions of sale shall prevail over any other terms appearing in any other document, except for a prior, express, and written waiver.
