Providing personal information collected for distance selling is mandatory, as this information is essential for processing and delivering orders, issuing invoices, and warranty contracts. Failure to provide this information will result in the order not being validated. The customer has (Article 34 of the law of January 6, 1978) the right to access, modify, correct, and delete their data, which they can exercise with the SELLER. Furthermore, the SELLER commits not to share customers' contact details with third parties, whether free of charge or for payment.
