The 430 is a magnificent car, but from a distance, with its softer curves than its Scuderia sibling, it can seem a bit tame. We want to change that with our new 430 Carbon range. The DMC Carbon rear bumper (grille, bumper, and diffuser) truly enhances the look of any car. The original F430 has a rather discreet rear bumper, which does not do justice to a true Ferrari. The DMC carbon creation fits perfectly with the original design and gives it a more fierce appearance. It blends seamlessly with the original lines and does not look like an added-on part at all.
The rear kit in carbon fibre is made from light and strong carbon fibre, produced by vacuum infusion, which gives it great strength and an exceptional finish. Once the part is made and removed from the mould, it is carefully checked and tested before being varnished. Each piece is then inspected and its tolerances checked before being hand and machine polished, then waxed and protected with products rich in carnauba wax.
Installation:
This is a replacement part; the original part must be removed for installation. Although fitting is relatively straightforward, we always recommend using a qualified professional. We estimate the fitting time at about 120 minutes. Ferraris of this era are generally hand-assembled, so careful adjustment and painting are necessary.
Gel Coat:
DMC products come with a free glossy or matte finish on all carbon fibre items. Please specify your choice when ordering. Otherwise, we will apply a glossy base coat. However, we recommend adding an extra layer to suit your country’s requirements for UV protection and climate, as these vary worldwide. We also advise waxing, polishing, and waterproofing the item, even though we already apply a high-quality carnauba wax base coat. This extra protection is especially useful in damp or rainy regions.
