Lamborghini Aventadors are magnificent cars, but their sound could be more fierce. Compared to its cousin, the Murciélago, it seems a bit restrained due to new European standards. We want to fix this with our new range of limited edition titanium exhausts. The ZESAD exhaust system is the perfect finishing touch for any engine tuning. The original LP700 exhaust has a rather muffled sound that does not do justice to a true Lamborghini. The ZESAD creation fits the original mounting points but, thanks to its steel or titanium design, it offers not only a more aggressive look but also reduced weight. It still keeps the original style, without looking like an aftermarket part.
About ZESAD Exhausts
Our exhaust systems are made from T304 stainless steel or titanium, a light and strong material produced by vacuum infusion, giving them great durability and a flawless finish. After molding, each piece is carefully inspected and tested before receiving its custom color finish. Each piece is then checked and its tolerances verified before being polished by hand and machine.
Our range of exhaust systems can produce a fierce sound when accelerating and a softer tone in town thanks to our patented ZESAD valves (on compatible models). At low revs and cruising speed, the valves are closed, producing a deeper sound. At full load, they open, releasing the full power sound of the engine.

The original exhaust system usually weighs 19.9 kg, while DMC exhausts weigh on average about 4.2 kg (80% lighter than the original system).
The opening and closing of the ZESAD valves are controlled by the engine computer, working the same way as the original exhaust system. The original vacuum pipes connect directly to the ZESAD valve system, if applicable.
ZESAD exhaust systems are designed and made in our German factory using cutting-edge technologies: 3D laser scanning, CAD design, digital prototyping, and CNC machining (bending and milling). Each system is made from high-quality T304 stainless steel or titanium, then hand-polished to a mirror finish. After thorough research, this alloy was chosen for its sound resonance properties, lightness, and durability, characteristics close to those of Inconel (used in Formula 1).
