The Lamborghini Huracan is a car with superb looks, but its sound could be more fierce. Compared to its sibling, the Aventador, it seems a bit reserved. We decided to fix this with our new range of limited edition titanium exhausts. The DMC exhaust system is the perfect finishing touch for any car tuning. The original Huracan 610 exhaust has a rather mild sound that does not do justice to a true Lamborghini. The DMC titanium creation fits the original mounting points but, thanks to titanium, offers not only a more aggressive look but also reduced weight. It still keeps the original style without appearing altered.

The exhaust system is made of light and strong titanium, produced by vacuum infusion, which gives it great sturdiness and a flawless finish. Once the part is produced and removed from the mold, it is carefully checked and tested before receiving its individual color finish. Each piece is then inspected and its tolerances verified before being polished by hand and machine.

Our range of exhaust systems can produce an aggressive sound when accelerating and a softer tone for city driving thanks to our patented DMC valves. At low revs and cruising speed, the valves are closed, producing a deeper sound. At full throttle, the valves open, releasing the full sound power of the engine.

The original exhaust system weighs on average 19.9 kg, while DMC exhausts weigh about 4.2 kg (80% lighter than the original system on average).

The opening and closing of the DMC valves are controlled by the engine computer, working the same way as the original exhaust system. The original vacuum pipes connect directly to the DMC valve system.

DMC exhaust systems are designed and made in our factory in Germany using advanced technologies: 3D laser scanning, CAD design, digital prototyping, and CNC machining (bending and milling). Each system is made of high-quality stainless steel T309 (1.4828) or titanium, then hand-polished to a mirror finish. After thorough research, this alloy was chosen for its sound resonance properties, lightness, and durability, comparable to Inconel (used in Formula 1).
