The iconic limited edition "Edizione-GT" ZESAD exhaust system for the Lamborghini Aventador SVJ, made from T304 stainless steel. DMC products are certified by TÜV, the German government-approved body for automotive safety standards.

The Lamborghini Aventador is a car with superb looks, but its sound could be more fierce. Compared to its cousin, the SV670, it may seem a bit tame due to new European standards. We want to fix that with our new limited edition titanium exhaust range. The ZESAD exhaust system is the perfect finishing touch for any engine tuning. The original Aventador has a rather discreet sound that does not do justice to the true Lamborghini. The ZESAD creation fits the original mounting points, but thanks to titanium, it offers not only a more aggressive look but also reduced weight. It still keeps the original style, without looking like a modified part.

The exhaust system is made from light and strong titanium, produced by vacuum infusion, giving it great durability and a flawless finish. Once the part is produced and removed from the mold, it is carefully inspected and tested before receiving its individual color finish. Each piece is then checked and its tolerances verified before being polished by hand and machine.

Our range of exhaust systems can produce an aggressive sound on acceleration and a softer tone for city driving thanks to our patented DMC valves. At low revs and cruising speed, the valves are closed, producing a deeper sound. At full throttle, the valves open, releasing the full sound power of the engine.

The original exhaust system usually weighs 19.9 kg, while DMC exhausts weigh on average about 4.2 kg (80% lighter than the original system).

The opening and closing of the ZESAD valves are controlled by the engine computer, working the same way as the original exhaust system. The original vacuum pipes connect directly to the ZESAD valve system, if applicable.

ZESAD exhaust systems are designed and made in our factory in Germany using cutting-edge technologies: 3D laser scanning, CAD design, digital prototyping, and CNC machining (bending/milling). Each system is made from high-quality T304 stainless steel and hand-polished for a mirror finish. After thorough research, this alloy was chosen for its sound resonance properties, lightness, and durability, characteristics close to those of Inconel (used in Formula 1).
