Iconic DMC rear diffuser for the Ferrari 458, made from carbon fibre. DMC products are certified by TÜV, the German government-approved body for automotive safety standards.

The 458 is a magnificent car, but from afar, with its softer curves than its newer sister, the 488, it can seem a bit tame. We want to change that with our new 458 Carbon range. DMC carbon diffusers add the finishing touch to the look of any car. The original front face of the 458 Italia is quite understated and does not truly do justice to a genuine Ferrari. DMC’s carbon creation fits perfectly with the original design and gives it a more fierce appearance. It blends seamlessly with the original lines and does not at all look like an added-on part.

The carbon fibre diffusers are made from light and strong carbon fibre, produced by vacuum infusion, which gives them great sturdiness and a flawless finish. Once the part is made and removed from the mould, it is carefully checked and tested before being varnished. Each piece is then inspected and its tolerances checked before being polished by hand and machine, then waxed and protected with products rich in carnauba wax.

Installation:

This is a replacement part; the original part must be removed before installation. Although fitting is relatively straightforward, we always recommend using a qualified professional. Allow about 120 minutes for installation.

Gel Coat:

DMC products come with a free glossy or matte finish on all carbon fibre items. Please specify your choice when ordering. If none is given, we will apply a glossy base coat. However, we recommend adding an extra layer to suit your country’s requirements for UV protection and climate, as these vary across the world. We also advise waxing, polishing, and waterproofing the item, even though we already apply a high-quality carnauba wax base coat. This extra protection is especially useful in damp or rainy regions.
