Made from lightweight and durable carbon fiber, produced by vacuum infusion, which provides high strength and a flawless finish. Once the part is manufactured and demolded, it is carefully inspected and tested before being clear-coated. Each piece is then examined and its tolerances checked before being polished by hand and machine, then waxed and protected with high carnauba wax content products.
